Escallop Investments was formed in 2017 by the father/son partnership of Will and Brad Cogswell. Starting off in single family residential real estate, the company has grown to include multifamily and commercial real estate investing in addition to private lending.

Escallop Homes specializes in full gut home renovation projects, managing all aspects of the design and construction phases and often catering to first time homebuyers.

Escallop Rentals manages a portfolio of stable, high-quality properties, adding value through renovation, vacancy reduction, expense management, and/or increase of below market rental rates.
Escallop Capital
Escallop Capital provides real estate acquisition and construction financing to other investors, primarily focusing on single family flips and rental renovations.
